President and CEO: Gretchen Shannon

Gretchen Shannon is our President and CEO and has been since our incorporation.

Vice President of Franchising: Rick Romeo

Rick Romeo is one of our Vice Presidents and has been since our incorporation. Previously, from December 2001 until December 2004, Mr. Romeo was the Territory Director for OrthoTech Sportsmedical, Inc., a health equipment sales company in Collinsville, Illinois. Before that, from December 1988 until December 2001, Mr. Romeo was Director of Licensing for Powerhouse Gyms International in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Vice President of Club Operations: Todd Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan is one of our Vice Presidents and has been since our incorporation. In addition, Mr. Sullivan has been the Vice President and Secretary of an affiliated company, Fit Zone, Inc. since January 2003. Fit Zone, Inc. operated a Fit Zone for Women Health Club in Kalamazoo, Michigan until January 2006 when the Fit Zone for Women Health Club was sold as franchise. Mr. Sullivan has also served as Secretary and Treasurer of an affiliated company, Fit Zone of Livonia, Inc. since October 2004. Fit Zone of Livonia, Inc. operated a Fit Zone for Women Health Club in Livonia, Michigan until January 2006 when the Fit Zone for Women Health Club was sold as franchise. Mr. Sullivan has also been Secretary and Treasurer of our Affiliate, Fit Zone of Kentwood, Inc. since its formation. Previously, from June 1989 until September 2004, Mr. Sullivan was co-owner of Powerhouse Gym in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Before that, from December 1978 until December 1988, Mr. Sullivan was the Manager of Dynamic Health Club in Bay City, Michigan.

Vice President of Club Development: James Hal Shannon, Sr.

Mr. Shannon is one of our Vice Presidents and has been since our incorporation. In addition, Mr. Shannon has been the President and Treasurer of an affiliated company, Fit Zone, Inc. since January 2003. Mr. Shannon has also served as President of an affiliated company, Fit Zone of Livonia, Inc. since October 2004. Mr. Shannon has also been President and Treasurer of our Affiliate, Fit Zone of Grand Rapids, Inc. and President of our Affiliate, Fit Zone of Kentwood, Inc. since their formations. Previously, from July 1989 until September 2004, Mr. Shannon was co-owner of Powerhouse Gym in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Before that, from July 1989 until September 2004, Mr. Shannon was co-owner of Dynamic Health Club in Bay City, Michigan.

Chief Financial Officer: Alan Sell, CPA

Mr. Sell is our Chief Financial Officer and has been since May 2005. In addition, Mr. Sell is a practicing Certified Public Accountant with Alan C. Sell CPA, P.C. Previously, from August 1992 until November 2004, Mr. Sell was a partner with the public accounting firm, Cole & Company, P.C., in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
