A franchise is only as good as its franchisees. Fit Zone for Women® is looking for high integrity, self-motivated, personable individuals. Sales, marketing and industry experience is a plus but not required. Exceptional people skills and a desire to succeed is a must.

Qualifications

To qualify, candidates will be evaluated based on an assessment of their business experience, personal drive for success and financial capability. Some of our requirements and desired abilities/characteristics include:

• While prior fitness industry experience can be beneficial, it is not required since we place a high value on a person's business acumen and our extensive training is organized accordingly.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and desire to succeed.
• Excellent project management skills
• Willingness to devote yourself to building the business and towards the success of the franchise
• Ability to create a comprehensive business plan for the market you intend to develop
• Ability to manage and motivate and lead people.
• High personal integrity.
• Willingness to learn all necessary components of owning and operating a Fit Zone for Women® including the Fit Zone for Women® systems and operating methods.
• The estimated initial investment to establish a Fit Zone for Women® franchise ranges from $155,250 to $219,850 which includes an initial franchise fee of $19,500.
